Web11 Jul 2010 · My PCP ran routine blood tests that came back with a positive ANA result. I'm negative for each anti-body tested, except the anti-Smith (sm) one. Negative is 0-0.9 and mine was 2.1. There wasn't any issues with my urine, but he said my white blood count was slightly high or low (don't remember). Nothing on that was flagged on the report.
