The goal is to have the provider family integrate the individual into their home and community life. WebbOversight Agencies who have new Shared Living Providers needing training may enter them into the CDS Learning Management System themselves by utilizing the “Shared Living Agency _ SL” Department within their Facility. Shared Living Providers or oversight agencies may request the Department to enter them into the system.
