WebI have it flare up when I'm sick especially if I'm coughing bad. Usually I end up on steriods bc I also have asthma and that seems to help. Sometimes I will take ibuprofen bc the treatment tends to involve nsaids but I have to be careful because those will flare my asthma if I take "too much" (based on what my body wants to tolerate) for something else.
